Course Outline The purpose of the French as a second language program is to help learners develop the skills that they will require in order to be able to communicate fluently and accurately. The development of skills in spoken French and in reading and writing will enable learners to communicate and understand during interactions with the world around them. By providing them with learning tasks based on their life experiences, we will motivate learners to use the language and develop a positive attitude towards Francophones and their cultures.
