Français arts langagiers 1re année (French Language Arts 1)

Course Outline

The Language Arts curriculum for French Immersion creates an environment where students learn to communicate effectively in French, use French as a learning tool, and demonstrate a growing understanding of various cultures, especially those of Francophone communities.

The learning outcomes found in the French Immersion Language Arts curriculum are written with the intent that all students can learn and succeed. One should, however, remember that each student learns at his or her own pace and that language learning is a complex and recursive process. Students will be at different levels at different stages in their learning.

The learning outcomes for French Language Arts provide students with numerous opportunities to develop essential graduation competencies.
